We maintain a Satisfactory DOT rating and support 450+ OTR independent contractors through our lease‑purchase program. We're expanding and hiring an experienced Body Shop Technician for our new maintenance facility. Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, experienced Body Technician to perform tractor and trailer body repairs, panel replacement, welding, sanding, painting, and mechanical component adjustments. Responsibilities Inspect damaged tractors/trailers and estimate repair needs Remove interior/exterior components to access damaged areas Fill depressions with body filler; grind, sand, and refinish surfaces Replace damaged fenders, panels, and structural parts Weld or bolt replacement parts Align wheels, aim headlights, adjust air brakes Paint repaired surfaces Repair or replace defective mechanical parts Qualifications 1-2 years of body repair experience (tractor/trailer preferred) Strong knowledge of collision/body repair methods Welding, sanding, grinding, and painting experience Valid driver's license Reliable and able to work independently
