Job Details:

• Schedule:

  Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM; 48 hours guaranteed per week
• Overtime available Friday and Saturday

• Pay:

  $21
• 28/hour DOE
• Contract-to-Hire
• Flexible to work 1st shift now and potentially transition to 2nd shift in the future

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
• Apply paint and finish coats using spray equipment
• Perform touch-up work and correct imperfections as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout the painting process

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in an automotive or industrial painting role
• Comfortable using spray guns, sanders, grinders, and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and priming
• Paint mixing and color matching (preferred)
