Job Description
Auto Body Collision Technician Finish Line Auto Body is seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Technician to join our growing, high-volume collision repair team. We repair all makes and models using OEM repair procedures, state-of-the-art equipment, and the latest collision repair technology. What We Offer Competitive flat-rate pay with unlimited earning potential Consistent workflow and high repair volume Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays Paid training and OEM certification opportunities Modern equipment and repair tools Career advancement opportunities Supportive management team Responsibilities Perform high-quality structural and non-structural collision repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels Straighten vehicle frames using measuring and frame equipment Weld, section, and replace panels following OEM procedures Remove and install bolt-on components, trim, moldings, and glass as needed Perform dent repairs and panel alignment Work closely with estimators and production staff to ensure timely repairs Maintain productivity while meeting quality standards Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep work area clean and organized Qualifications Minimum 2 years of collision repair experience (preferred) Ability to perform complete body repairs from disassembly through reassembly Experience with frame repair and measuring systems preferred Knowledge of OEM repair procedures Ability to use MIG welders, spot welders, and collision repair equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications I-CAR Platinum or other industry certifications Experience with aluminum repair Experience working in a DRP or high-production collision center Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Why Finish Line Auto Body?
