Auto Body Technician — Inman, SC $25

You work fast, you earn more. Top Coat Auto Body is an independent collision, restoration, and reconditioning shop in Inman, South Carolina. We work on dealer recon, collision repairs, auction rebuilds, and selected insurance jobs. We are not a direct repair program (DRP) shop. We are hiring a body technician who can take ownership of repair work and deliver a clean handoff for prep and paint. The owner handles estimating and paint. This is a hands-on role for someone who values quality, pace, and direct communication.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Dent repair, straightening, and filler work.
• R&I and reassembly of panels, bumpers, trim, and hardware.
• Identify hidden damage, missing parts, and supplement needs early.
• Check fit, gaps, surface, and completeness before handoff.
• Keep work, parts, and hardware organized.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven collision body-repair experience; three or more years preferred.
• Strong dent, filler, straightening, R&I, and reassembly habits.
• Ability to work independently and communicate problems early.
• Attention to quality without losing sight of cycle time.
• Welding is not required, but it is a big plus.
