About the Role As a Collision Repair Technician , you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a world-class customer experience.
You'll:
Perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles. Ensure structural integrity by repairing and realigning frames, panels, and body components. Use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM-level quality and safety standards. Communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs. Deliver repaired vehicles with confidence, ensuring work is complete and customer-ready. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a technical school program OR apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred. Strong knowledge of collision repair methods, tools, and procedures. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 30 lbs., and safely perform repairs in a shop environment. High school diploma or equivalent required Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections The physical demands of your job must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
