Collision Center Body Technician Johnson Sewell Ford - Marble Falls, Texas Johnson Sewell Ford Collision Center is looking for an experienced Body Technician to join our team in the Texas Hill Country. We are a family-owned dealership looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term career with a strong organization. Starting pay is $28 per flag hour with I-CAR certification. The position includes collision repairs from start to finish, including disassembly, structural and body repairs, panel replacement, and reassembly. You will work with our estimator and production team to keep repairs moving through the shop. We are looking for someone who produces quality work, follows OEM repair procedures, keeps a clean work area, and works well with the team. Previous collision repair experience is preferred. Benefits Health insurance is available after 60 days, effective the first of the following month, with Johnson Sewell paying the monthly premium for the base medical plan. Dental, vision, life, and disability coverage are also available for purchase. Employees are eligible for our 401(k) after six months, effective the first of the following month. PTO accrues at 6 hours per month for the first two years (10 days per year) and increases to 9.33 hours per month after two years (14 days per year).
