We offer the best parts of an independent shop without sacrificing the professionalism, equipment, organization, and repair standards you would expect from a larger operation. Our team works in a well-established, fast-paced environment with a strong and consistent workload. We are not a large corporate chain. Decisions are made locally, communication is direct, and good employees are recognized for the work they do. At the same time, we take our repair processes, quality standards, safety, and OEM procedures seriously. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, stays productive, and wants to be part of a shop where there is work to do and a team that supports getting it done right. Responsibilities Perform complete vehicle disassembly to identify all damaged and broken components early in the repair process Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer and OEM repair procedures Perform structural and non-structural body repairs Repair and replace body panels as required Properly fit and align panels, doors, hoods, liftgates, bumpers, and related components Perform vehicle reassembly following OEM procedures Identify additional or hidden damage and communicate it to the estimator or production team Verify that damaged components and necessary parts are identified before repairs move forward Use shop equipment and tools safely and correctly Maintain quality throughout the repair process Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow all shop safety procedures Work with estimators, painters, parts staff, and other technicians throughout the repair process Perform final checks of completed work before the vehicle moves to the next stage of repair What We're Looking For Previous professional auto body repair experience Strong understanding of collision repair and vehicle construction Ability to perform complete disassembly and accurately identify hidden damage Knowledge of OEM repair procedures Ability to read and follow repair plans and manufacturer procedures Experience with structural repairs and panel replacement Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Takes responsibility for the quality of completed repairs Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid time off Health benefits Strong and consistent workload Family-owned, professionally operated work environment Direct communication with management and ownership Modern collision repair equipment and tools Team-oriented shop culture Opportunity to work in a busy, productive environment without the large corporate atmosphere We are looking for a technician who wants to stay productive, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and values doing repairs correctly the first time.
