Auto Body Technician Don Johnson Motors Collision Center | Rice Lake, Wisconsin Steady work. Production pay. Monday-Friday. A modern shop where quality work matters. Don Johnson Motors Collision Center in Rice Lake is hiring an Auto Body Technician / Collision Repair Technician to join our growing team. We have an established backlog of work, a modern OEM- and I-CAR-certified collision facility, experienced support, and a culture that values people who work hard, take pride in their craft, and do things the right way. What You Can Expect Consistent work with an existing repair backlog Production-based pay that rewards performance Monday-Friday schedule Modern, state-of-the-art collision repair facility OEM and I-CAR certified environment Experienced team of 8 body technicians Support from 2 estimators and 2 supervisors Paid I-CAR and OEM training Opportunities to advance as your skills and leadership grow A fifth-generation, family-owned company where strong performers are noticed and valued What You'll Do Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Repair and replace body panels and vehicle components Perform welding and structural repairs based on your training and qualifications Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications Execute established repair plans accurately and efficiently Identify and communicate additional repair needs Work closely with estimators, production leadership, parts, and fellow technicians Maintain an organized and safe work area Inspect your work and take ownership of repair quality Return vehicles to our guests repaired properly, safely, and professionally This is a body technician position. Refinishing and ADAS calibration are handled separately. What Success Looks Like High performance matters here. So does how you achieve it.

Structural repair, welding, measuring, and modern collision repair experience are also preferred, but we will consider candidates at multiple experience levels. Technicians provide their own tools.
