Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic Appliance Delivery and Installation Team, where your energy and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and ensure seamless setup of essential home appliances. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering appliances safely, installing them with precision, and providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting positive impression. Your technical skills, mechanical knowledge, and customer service excellence will be crucial in transforming everyday spaces into functional, comfortable homes. Responsibilities Safely deliver appliances to customer locations on schedule. Unload appliances from delivery trucks using hand tools and power tools, ensuring damage-free handling. Install appliances accurately by following schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, plumbing requirements, and assembly instructions. Troubleshoot equipment issues during installation, utilizing electrical experience and mechanical knowledge to resolve problems efficiently. Communicate clearly with customers to explain appliance features, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with the installation process. Complete detailed documentation of deliveries and installations. Experience Experience in appliance repair, installation, or field service roles with a strong understanding of electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components preferred. Familiarity with schematics, ladder use for troubleshooting electrical circuits, and the use of hand tools and power tools for assembly and repairs. Prior delivery driver experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles in a professional setting. Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify issues during installation. Experience working with electrical systems, refrigeration units, or HVAC components is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Ability to follow detailed instructions from schematics and technical manuals while maintaining safety standards at all times.
