We're hiring a motivated Service & Sales Electrician who wants to run high-value calls, earn serious money, and be part of a team that actually invests in you. This is not a break-fix role. Our leads are high quality, our pricing is transparent, and our customers want solutions — not just the cheapest patch. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run residential and light commercial service calls — diagnostics, repairs, panel upgrades, installations Conduct whole-home electrical inspections and identify safety, code, and upgrade opportunities Build genuine trust with customers by presenting clear, options-based pricing — no pressure tactics Consultatively sell electrical solutions that improve homes and protect families Document all work in ServiceTitan (full training provided — no prior experience required) Represent Coharbor's standard: professional, honest, and excellence-driven every call

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs Own basic hand tools Strong communication and customer relationship skills

Preferred:

Experience with service/sales calls and presenting solutions ServiceTitan experience (nice to have — we'll train you)
