Take Your Work on the Road Don't want to spend your entire workday inside a store? As a Mobile Device Repair Technician , you'll take smartphone repair directly to customers. You'll drive a company-provided mobile repair van throughout the local service area, traveling from appointment to appointment and repairing customers' devices from the van. This is a 100% mobile position. You will not be working regular shifts inside a retail store. Your workday will involve a combination of driving, repairing devices, and helping customers at their location. What Your Day Looks Like You'll start your day preparing for your route, making sure you have the parts and equipment needed for your scheduled appointments. From there, you'll: Drive a company-provided repair van throughout the service area Travel from one scheduled customer appointment to the next Spend a significant portion of your workday driving Meet customers at their home, workplace, or other scheduled location Diagnose and repair smartphones from the mobile repair van Manage your route and appointments independently Provide a great customer experience at every stop Recommend products and services that fit customers' needs Maintain your van, tools, parts, and inventory Depending on your route, you may spend several hours of your workday behind the wheel. No Repair Experience? No Problem. This is an entry-level technician position , and we provide paid training to teach you how to diagnose and repair common smartphone issues. No previous phone repair, electronics, engineering, or advanced technical experience is required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, enjoys helping customers, is comfortable working independently, and wants to learn a new skill. We'll teach you the repair skills.
