We are looking for a motivated team member who takes pride in quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and ethical business practices.

Important:

Candidates must reside in the Central Phoenix or West Valley area. Position Requirements Minimum 5 years of auto glass installation experience Proficient with all types of automotive glass installations and replacements Experience performing static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations (we utilize the Autel system) RV and Semi glass experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must provide personal installation tools Responsibilities Pick up daily glass inventory from our Glendale location Arrive on time to scheduled customer appointments Perform safe, accurate, and high-quality auto glass installations and replacements Complete static and dynamic recalibrations as needed Resolve warranty-related issues professionally and efficiently Follow company procedures and installation standards Maintain positive communication with customers and office staff Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained Represent Clear Cut Glass with professionalism and integrity Compensation & Benefits Competitive piece-rate pay based on repairs and replacements completed Additional compensation for recalibrations performed Company-provided van, fuel card, uniforms, and work apparel Paid holidays Paid vacation time Health benefits available after 90 days of employment About Clear Cut Glass Since 2004, Clear Cut Glass has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, honesty, and exceptional customer service.
