Responsibilities Apply high-quality window tint film to vehicles, ensuring precise fit and finish for a sleek, professional look Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and removing old tint or debris to ensure optimal adhesion Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, trim, and install tint film accurately on windows of all vehicle types Inspect completed work for bubbles, peeling, or imperfections, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards Assist with auto glass installation and minor vehicle repairs when required, supporting overall vehicle maintenance tasks Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with customers about the tinting process, care instructions, and service expectations Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience highly preferred, especially in auto glass or auto body work Hands-on experience with window tinting techniques and materials Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems, auto body repair, and glass installation processes Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus for understanding sensor calibration during glass work Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques used in automotive customization Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Knowledge of auto estimating software or processes is advantageous but not required Embark on a career where your skills make a visible difference!
