Job Summary We're launching a new auto glass and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration business in the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale market and are looking for an experienced, ADAS-certified Lead Technician to be the technical backbone of our team. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity: you'll own calibration quality, train and supervise junior technicians, and be the go-to expert for complex jobs across all vehicle types, including fleet, luxury, and EV. As a founding team member, you'll have real visibility and a direct path to grow with the business as we scale from mobile operations into a full storefront. Responsibilities Own ADAS calibration work — both standalone calibration jobs and calibrations attached to windshield replacements Perform windshield, rear glass, side glass, and sunroof replacement across all vehicle types Train and supervise junior technicians; quality-check every job before customer handoff Serve as lead technician on mobile van operations Be available for complex jobs or technical escalations from junior technicians Maintain the highest safety and quality standard on every job — you're the last check before a vehicle goes back on the road Support insurance billing workflows and documentation as needed Qualifications ADAS certification required (Autel, Snap-on, or Auto Glass Safety Council equivalent) Minimum 5 years of windshield replacement experience and/or auto glass industry experience. Experience working across multiple vehicle types — fleet, luxury, and EV Prior experience at Safelite, Belron, or another national auto glass chain is a strong plus, especially with insurance billing workflow experience Experience training or mentoring other technicians is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us as a Lead Auto Glass Technician to help build a growing independent franchise from the ground up — with real visibility, room to grow, and the chance to shape how the team operates from day one.

Pay:

$25.00 - $31.50 per hour
