Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows Perform pressure washing and house washing Clean gutters Safely use ladders and professional equipment Communicate professionally with customers Maintain a clean work vehicle and equipment Complete every job to Super Shine's high-quality standards Requirements Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Able to lift 50+ lbs and work from ladders safely Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Exterior cleaning or window cleaning experience is preferred but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply What We Offer $18-$30/hour based on experience and performance Excellent tips that can significantly increase your earnings Opportunities for raises and promotions Consistent full-time work A positive team environment The chance to work on beautiful, high-end homes throughout Metro Detroit We're looking for team members who take pride in their work, treat customers with respect, and want to grow with a company that's expanding quickly.
