The Glass Polishing Technician is responsible for restoring automotive glass surfaces to a clear, scratch-free condition by following a standardized multi-step polishing process. - 40 hours The right candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in automotive detailing, restoration, or production a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Our Glass Polishing Technician will: Polish glass using a series of Trizact pads, compounds, and polishing sponges to remove scratches and haze Identify and mark scratches or imperfections for correction Follow defined steps to progressively remove surface blemishes and restore clarity Perform visual inspections throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate tracking by scanning parts at each stage of the process Keep work area clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols Coordinate with team leads to ensure workflow and production goals are met
Work Environment:
This position is performed in a production/warehouse setting, with exposure to polishing equipment, cleaning products, and physical activity such as standing, lifting, and repetitive motion.
