Lead / Master Window Tint Technician Tint World of Arden Hills, Minnesota Full-Time | Experienced Technician | $20/hr + Commissions About Tint World of Arden Hills Tint World of Arden Hills is a locally owned and operated automotive styling and protection business backed by a growing national brand with more than 150 locations across the country. We specialize in premium automotive window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, detailing, accessories, and other vehicle enhancement services. We are building our team from the ground up and are looking for an experienced Lead / Master Window Tint Technician who wants more than just another job. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced, high-performing window tint technician who can lead by example . You should be someone who takes pride in your work, works efficiently, pays attention to the details, and understands that great installations are what create repeat customers and referrals. As our Lead / Master Tint Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality installations while helping train and develop less-experienced technicians. This position is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of automotive window tinting and is ready to take the next step in their career. What You'll Do Perform professional automotive window film installations on a wide range of vehicles Install complete vehicle tint packages efficiently and consistently Heat shrink, hand cut, and plotter cut film with minimal waste Work confidently on luxury, high-end, and specialty vehicles Maintain extremely high standards for fit, finish, cleanliness, and workmanship Inspect completed installations and help maintain quality-control standards Train and mentor junior tint technicians and installation support staff Help organize daily workflow and maintain production schedules Communicate with the General Manager regarding job status, timing, and special vehicle considerations Identify and resolve installation challenges Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and installation areas Keep your work area clean, organized, and professional Help create a positive, team-oriented shop environment Represent Tint World professionally when interacting with customers

What We're Looking For Required:

3+ years of professional automotive window tint installation experience Demonstrated ability to tint complete vehicles efficiently Strong understanding of automotive window film and installation techniques Ability to consistently produce clean, professional installations Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred:

Experience installing premium or ceramic window films Experience with plotter-cut systems Experience working on luxury or high-end vehicles Previous leadership or mentoring experience Experience with PPF, detailing, or other automotive appearance/protection services What Makes a Master Technician?
