Job Summary:

Double-A Detailing is hiring a solo mobile detailing technician to drive our company truck to customers' homes and deliver top-quality interior and exterior detailing, with exemplary customer service . No experience required. Zero tolerance — these result in immediate termination: Showing up to work drunk, hungover, or intoxicated in any way Vaping, smoking, or any drug use/impairment on the job — vehicles, meetings, prep, or detailing Stealing Basic expectations: Wear the company shirt during all customer interactions Stay hydrated — keep a full water bottle on the job What Success Looks Like Great work, every time. High-quality results on every vehicle, consistently Outstanding customer service. Respectful, considerate, truthful, and professional with every client Taking care of equipment. Supplies and tools put back in their place, every job, every day Meeting time expectations for each service without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For We care far more about who you are than what experience/education you have: Honest, reliable, and coachable Strong work ethic — you take ownership instead of waiting to be told Comfortable driving a company vehicle to customer locations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check Willing to learn — training covers everything from basic interiors to paint decontamination and sealants Growth Path This isn't a dead-end job. Technicians who show up, do great work, and lead by example have a real path to a management role within the next 6-12 months as we grow across the Piedmont Triad.

Pay:

$700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
