In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying window tinting films to vehicle windows, enhancing vehicle aesthetics, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by providing high-quality tinting services that meet industry standards and customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization and skilled in precise installation techniques. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dust, dirt, and debris for optimal tint adhesion Measure and cut window tint films accurately using manual glass cutting tools to fit various vehicle window sizes and shapes Apply window tint films with precision, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes while maintaining high aesthetic standards Operate power tools safely during the installation process, including squeegees, heat guns, and cutting devices Conduct vehicle detailing post-installation to ensure a clean, professional appearance and customer satisfaction Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to power tool safety protocols and proper handling of glass materials Skills Proven dealership experience or automotive service background with a focus on auto glass or window tinting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain details clearly and professionally Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Join us as a Window Tint Professional and bring your expertise to life by transforming vehicles with precision craftsmanship!
