What You'll Do Vehicle Maintenance Perform oil changes, fluid services, and preventative maintenance Rotate, balance, repair, and install tires Replace air filters, cabin filters, batteries, and wiper blades Conduct vehicle safety and maintenance inspections Maintain accurate service documentation Vehicle Inspections Complete multi-point inspections Identify maintenance and repair opportunities Communicate findings to service advisors and supervisors Help ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready Teamwork & Customer Experience Support experienced technicians with repair services Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail Help create an exceptional customer experience Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance Safety & Shop Operations Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly use and care for tools and equipment Assist with maintaining shop efficiency and productivity What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong work ethic and dependability Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Nice-to-Have Skills Previous automotive service or maintenance experience ASE certification or willingness to pursue certification Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools Customer service experience Why Join Parker Tire?
