AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
Full-Time | $85,000-$150,000+ Per Year | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
EXPERIENCED MAINLINE TECHNICIANS WANTED
We're looking for experienced Mainline Automotive Technicians to join our busy, high-volume service team. We are especially interested in technicians with GM dealership experience and GM certifications , including A-Level and B-Level technicians. However, strong mainline technicians with proven diagnostic and mechanical repair experience are encouraged to apply. If you have strong technical skills, can produce quality work in a flat-rate environment, and are looking for steady workflow, competitive earning potential, and room to grow , we'd like to talk with you.
GM DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE AND/OR GM CERTIFICATION IS HIGHLY PREFERRED. COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on your skill level and experience, responsibilities may include: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on GM and other vehicles Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspension, and brake systems Perform routine maintenance and general mechanical repairs Use OEM diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in a flat-rate environment Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs Work with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs when necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Stay current with automotive technology, training, and certifications
A-LEVEL TECHNICIANS MAY HANDLE
Advanced diagnostics Complex electrical and drivability concerns Engine and transmission repairs Advanced vehicle systems ADAS and modern vehicle technology Difficult diagnostic and repair cases
B-LEVEL / MAINLINE TECHNICIANS MAY HANDLE
General mechanical repairs Brake and suspension work Maintenance services Steering and chassis repairs Engine and component repairs Electrical diagnostics and repair Drivability diagnostics Additional repairs based on experience and training
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidates will have: Previous mainline automotive technician experience GM dealership experience strongly preferred GM certification preferred A-Level or B-Level technician experience Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities Ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles Experience working in a flat-rate dealership environment Strong work ethic and productivity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and attention to detail Valid driver's license Own professional tools required GM Master Technician certification is a plus, but is not required for qualified Mainline, A-Level, or B-Level technicians.
