Maintenance, brakes, suspension, tires, basic electrical. You are building toward diag work and we will help you get there. A-Level, $34-$42 per flag hour. You diagnose independently and handle most repairs without a second set of eyes. ASE Master, $43-$50 per flag hour. A1 through A8 certified. You take the tickets nobody else wants and you anchor our AAA certification. This is a flat rate position. We keep a steady car count and honest labor times, and we do not cherry pick the gravy work away from the tech who earned it. What you will do, depending on your level Maintenance, fluid services, and factory-scheduled work Brake, suspension, steering, tire, and alignment repair Cooling system, belt, hose, and A/C service Battery, charging, and electrical diagnosis and repair Driveability and engine performance diagnosis across domestic, Asian, and European makes Diesel engine diagnosis and repair Major mechanical work including engine and transmission service, timing components, and internal repairs Scan data, scope patterns, and live data work on intermittent faults Multi-point inspections documented clearly in Mitchell 1 Manager SE so the advisor can sell the job honestly Quality control on other technicians' work and mentoring junior techs, at the A-Level and Master bands Clean, safe bays and full BAR and AAA AAR documentation compliance What we are looking for 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience, or completion of an automotive technology program At least one current ASE certification, or willingness to certify within [6] months. ASE Master (A1-A8) required for the Master band, L1 Advanced Engine Performance strongly preferred Comfortable with Mitchell 1 / ProDemand and modern scan equipment California BAR Smog Check Inspector or Repair Technician (EO) license is a plus. We are a licensed smog station Diesel diagnostic and repair experience is a plus Hybrid and EV high-voltage service experience is a plus ADAS calibration experience is a plus Valid CA driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet through a full shift High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal English. Schedule:

Day shift, five days a week. You pick Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday. Shop hours are 8:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday and 8:00 to 4:00 Saturday. Closed Sunday.
