Job Description
Job Overview As a Trailer Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a wide range of utility trailers. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with mechanical systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure the safety and reliability of our customers Trailers. As a key contributor, you will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, conduct repairs, and support the operational efficiency. We are committed to fostering a positive work environment that values skill development, safety, and teamwork. Pay will be determined based on experience. Experience preferred, but on the job training available. Must be at least 18. Have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on trailers. Conduct repairs and maintenance for trailer bearing repacks and brake inspections. Trailer repair and other tasks Other maintenance like light and wire repairs. Troubleshoot electrical systems. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal trailer performance and longevity. Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and documentation to support maintenance activities. All other duties assigned. Skills Proven repair experience with a mechanical knowledge base. Proficiency in work Ability to perform trailer bearing repacks, brake inspections, and brake repairs accurately. Capable of heavy lifting (50lbs or more) safely while maintaining attention to detail during equipment maintenance or assembly tasks.
