What You'll Do Perform vehicle maintenance and repair at a high level of quality and efficiency Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues accurately Conduct inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability Work closely with Service Advisors to clearly communicate diagnostics and repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Follow all manufacturer and dealership standards and procedures What We're Looking For All levels welcome — from entry-level express/quick-lube techs to ASE Certified and Master Technicians Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ford or OEM training a plus (but not required — we provide training!)
