Customers need a consultant to coach them through these repairs and updates to their vehicles. Mitchell Selig Ford is located off of exit 37 via 91 at 801 Bloomfield Ave in Windsor, CT. We have developed a strong close knit team and recently we now have the opportunity to now add to our family! We are looking for one individual with experience as a Service Writer to join our team. A track record of high Customer Satisfaction is a must for this position. What We Offer Amazing Work Life Balance (Monday through Friday from 7am-5pm) with Weekends and Holidays OFF A great environment with even better teammates and the consistency with management as they have been with the Mitchell Group for 7 years together A full team of 12 technicians - which includes 5 Senior Master Technicians Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Accident and Critical Illness Insurance A fully upgraded and renovated Parts Department Responsibilities Greets customers promptly Obtains customer and vehicle information Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determines and recommends needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establishes follow-up time Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order Explains all completed work and charges to customers Obtain top notch Customer Service scores Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisor role Knowledge of automobiles Positive attitude High volume mentality CSI focused Mitchell Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
