Job Requirements:

Experience in fleet maintenance and small engines for 3-5 years or hold a degree in mechanics with 2-4 years of repair experience at a car dealer, car maintenance facility, or vehicle repair location. Must be computer literate and able to manage email, simple programs, and online orders

CLEAN AND CURRENT

driving record and a valid driver's license - no exceptions. Speak English; however, Bilingual skills are a welcome plus. Be reliable and responsible, and have the ability to work independently. Must be in good physical condition/health and able to manage lifting, bending stairs, and heavy equipment. Transportation to and from work The ability to manage maintenance on a fleet of vans and trucks (significant repairs are sent out) and the ability to troubleshoot issues. Have the ability to prioritize and determine immediate needs vs scheduled work on vehicles Work on deadlines Small engine repair experience (preferred on carpet machines) Must have organization skills, a sense of urgency, and be a multitasker. Certified Mechanics Preferred This position will be responsible for managing and routinely maintaining our fleet of 19-plus vehicles, repairing and maintaining all small engine truck-mounted carpet machines, and installing them in new vans as needed. This position will assist in managing the company's online inventory system and order functions, in addition to overseeing regular maintenance and repair work on small equipment, such as blowers, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers. This position requires managing and scheduling vehicle maintenance, as well as emergency maintenance of all vehicles and carpet machines.
