Job Description
Auto ER is looking for experienced Automotive Technicians who take pride in their work and want to be rewarded for their performance. We provide a steady flow of work, modern equipment, and a team committed to helping you succeed. What You'll Do Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on a wide variety of vehicles. Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Communicate repair needs clearly with service advisors. Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance opportunities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture. Minimum Qualifications Please do not apply unless you meet the following qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair experience Experience performing diagnostics, maintenance, and major mechanical repairs Valid driver's license Own professional automotive tools Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment Preferred Qualifications ASE Certifications Advanced diagnostic experience State inspection license (if applicable) A strong history of productivity and quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and ability High-volume shop with consistent work available Performance bonus opportunities Paid vacation and holidays Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan No Sundays—ever Modern equipment and ongoing training Opportunities for advancement into Master Technician or Leadership roles This Position Is NOT For You If...
