Job Overview Join our team as a CDL Class A/B Operator Septic Technician and become a vital part of maintaining clean, safe, and efficient septic/grease/sanitary systems for commercial and residential clients. In this role, you will operate heavy trucks equipped for septic and grease services, perform routine inspections, and execute cleaning and maintenance tasks with precision. Your expertise will ensure that septic systems are functioning optimally, contributing to environmental safety and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools, and develop your skills in industrial cleaning and equipment operation. • This is a physically demanding job: You must be able to dig, lift 25+ pounds, pull hoses, and stand or sit for long periods of time in the Florida climate. • Duties Safely and legally operate CDL Class B trucks Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and inspections (this includes grease traps and lift stations) Utilize hand tools, pressure washers, drain cleaning tools, and shovels Conduct outdoor work including site assessments (inspections of systems and estimating as needed), equipment setup, and routine maintenance in various weather conditions; cleaning septic tanks, tank inspections, servicing lift stations, installing pumps and alarms, replacing or installing septic tank lids and/or risers, line cleaning, etc... Perform heavy lifting as needed for equipment Maintain detailed records of services performed, safety checks, and equipment used for each job - Must be able/willing to learn system (iPad) Requirements Valid CDL Class A or B license with an insurable driving record Prior experience in septic work Ability to utilize hand tools, pressure washers, drain cleaning tools, and shovels Excellent customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients during service visits Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform manual tasks in outdoor environments Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and company policies Able to arrive at work by 7 am and work until at least 5 pm (hours vary daily based on workload) Mondays through Fridays. Able to work independently and work well with others.. On-Call Rotation for emergency after hours/weekends
License/Certification:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
