What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair EV systems including high-voltage batteries, drivetrains, and charging systems Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety checks Use advanced diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot issues Collaborate with master technicians and service managers on complex repairs Keep detailed service records and parts documentation Stay ahead of industry trends with ongoing training What We're Looking For 3+ years of mechanical/automotive experience required Strong understanding of electrical systems (EV or hybrid experience a big plus) High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certifications preferred Valid driver's license required Sharp troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety What We Offer $24.00 $56.00 per hour (based on experience + performance bonuses) 40 60 hours per week with steady work volume Ongoing EV training & factory certification programs Health, dental, and retirement benefits Tuition reimbursement & employee discounts Career growth in one of the fastest-growing sectors in automotive Why Sheehan Buick GMC?
