Job Description

Automotive Technician for our Rainbow Muffler repair facility in Marathon FL. Replace/ Install/ Diagnose parts on domestic and foreign cars and trucks. Housing and boat slip available near shop.

Responsibilities :

Record and document pertinent auto information. Inspect and diagnose faulty parts based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer. Provide customer or manager with detailed estimates for repairs or replacement and obtain signature approval prior to commencing repairs. Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed to ensure mechanical soundness and determine whether any other problems exist. Describe vehicle's condition to customer and answer any follow-up questions. Work Safely, Keep work area clean.

Qualifications :

Must have 2 years automotive repair experience. Must have own tools and knowledge in repairs. Preferred knowledge in tires/ tire replacement/ mounting/ balancing Valid Drivers license
