Job Overview We're hiring a mechanic for our golf cart and LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) service department at our Miramar Beach location. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, mechanically savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment — with potential to grow with the company over time. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair cart issues including drivability, electrical, brakes, suspension and alignment, motors and controllers, small gas engines, and lithium/lead-acid batteries Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including scheduled service, fluid changes, and inspections Document diagnoses, repairs, parts used, and labor time on work orders Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate any changes to customers or management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper handling of batteries and electrical components Explain diagnoses and repairs clearly to non-mechanical employees and customers Deliver superior customer service in all interactions Stay current with evolving golf cart technology and techniques Assist fellow technicians with shop workload as needed Qualifications Prior mechanical experience required; golf cart, small engine, or automotive experience preferred Knowledge of hand tools and diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to drive a truck and trailer is a plus Must be available on Saturdays during the busy season (spring and summer) Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. 401K with company matching Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing company Competitive wage commensurate with experience level Process Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and qualified candidates will be contacted for the next steps.
