POSITION SUMMARY

The Remediation Technician is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a career in the restoration industry. This position works alongside experienced technicians and leaders to learn the fundamentals of mold remediation, demolition, and job site operations. The technician supports day-to-day activities on job sites while developing the skills necessary to perform restoration work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Job Site Tasks Perform assigned restoration tasks as directed by technicians or supervisors Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and maintaining an organized work area SOP & Safety Compliance Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Demolition Assistance Perform basic demolition tasks under supervision using hand and power tools Remove debris and prepare affected areas for restoration work Equipment Handling Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Assist with setting up and breaking down drying equipment as instructed Warehouse & Vehicle Maintenance Clean and organize company vehicles, tools, and equipment Ensure all materials are properly stored and ready for use Customer Presence Maintain a professional appearance and respectful behavior on job sites Follow direction when interacting with customers Attendance & Work Habits
