Position Overview ETR Vehicles LLC is seeking an experienced Auto Body and Paint Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for performing body repair, surface preparation, refinishing, and finish work on ambulance modules, vehicle cabs, and related components. The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive body and paint experience, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform body repair and refinishing work on ambulance modules, vehicle cabs, doors, panels, and other components. Repair dents, scratches, damaged panels, seams, and other surface imperfections. Perform sanding, grinding, filling, feathering, priming, masking, and other required surface preparation. Prepare new and existing surfaces for paint and refinishing. Mix and apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and other refinishing materials according to manufacturer specifications. Perform paint blending, color matching, touch-ups, and spot repairs as required. Inspect completed work for proper finish, coverage, color consistency, and overall quality. Wet sand, buff, polish, and perform final finish work as needed. Identify body or paint defects and determine the appropriate repair process. Safely operate paint guns, sanders, grinders, buffers, and other body and refinishing equipment. Maintain paint booths, prep areas, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition. Properly handle, store, and dispose of paints, solvents, chemicals, and related materials. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental guidelines. Work with production leadership and other departments to meet established schedules and quality standards. Perform other related duties as needed to support production and vehicle completion. Qualifications Experience 2+ years of automotive body repair, paint preparation, or automotive refinishing experience preferred. Experience in automotive, truck, commercial vehicle, emergency vehicle, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus. Skills Working knowledge of automotive body repair and refinishing processes. Experience with sanding, body filler, priming, masking, painting, blending, buffing, and polishing. Ability to properly use automotive body and paint tools and equipment. Ability to identify surface defects and determine the proper repair method. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished work. Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a production team. Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and established quality standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work in various positions throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around automotive paints, solvents, dust, and chemicals while using required PPE. Ability to work in paint booths, preparation areas, and an active manufacturing environment. Pay:

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
