Trailer Distribution Technician All American Trailer Connection, located in Sebring, FL, is looking for a full-time technician to work with a team that unloads, assembles, QC's and preps trailers for sale. Job Summary The Trailer Distribution Technician plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations by safely and accurately handling the receipt, preparation, quality control, and shipment of parts, truck beds, and trailers. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing products for delivery, and consistently following safety procedures while upholding quality standards throughout all processes. Physical Requirements Must be able to safely lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 100 pounds. Also must be able to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions, including heat, heat, cold, rain and humidity. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Key Responsibilities Unload parts from distributors, verify quantities, label, and store appropriately Pull and pack parts for transfer orders and replenishment Perform routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Unload trailers and truck beds from manufacturers; verify VIN numbers against Bills of Lading (BOLs) Prepare trailers by installing components such as tires, gates, ramps, hydraulic cylinders, and other required items Conduct quality control inspections on truck beds and trailers Submit warranty claims as needed Perform minor repairs identified during preparation and quality control processes Pull truck beds and trailers for replenishment loads Complete final quality control checks prior to shipment Load truck beds, trailers, and replenishment parts for delivery Properly strap and secure all loads to ensure safe transport
