Responsibilities:

As a Mazda Certified Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with Mazda factory standards and dealership guidelines. Perform routine and advanced maintenance, including oil and filter changes, fluid services, and factory‑recommended intervals. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, including brakes, tires, suspension, and all fluid systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns using Mazda‑approved tools and procedures. Communicate clearly with the service advisor regarding recommended maintenance and repair needs.

Qualifications:

Mazda certification or prior manufacturer‑specific training preferred. Strong mechanical understanding of automotive systems. Experience as an automotive technician or express/quick service technician. Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
