Position Summary By The Bay RV is seeking an experienced and certified Mobile RV Technician to join our growing team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Diagnose and repair RV systems, including: Electrical (AC/DC) Plumbing Propane systems Appliances HVAC Slide-outs Awnings Chassis and structural components
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including parts usage and time tracking
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy
• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that drives customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain all required certifications and state licensing Qualifications & Requirements
• Certified RV Technician with 1-3 years RV repair experience (required)
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems and repair procedures
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Personal set of tools required
• Ability to: Lift 50-60 lbs Stand, bend, stoop, and crawl for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise)
• Flexible schedule availability
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
