Duties Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on recreational vehicles, including electrical systems, plumbing, propane, generators, appliances, slide out systems, leveling jacks, HVAC units, tire services and more. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly, equipment repair, welding, soldering, and other mechanical tasks. Assist with heavy lifting and mechanical assembly to facilitate repairs or upgrades on RVs. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician background with an understanding of repair processes. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform diagnostics accurately. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
