Job Description

We're looking for the right person to manage our car wash in Sandpoint. This is a part-time, flexible hours position. This isn't an office job. You'll be out on the property making sure the site is clean, the equipment is working, employees have what they need, and customers have a great experience. No two days are exactly the same. Some days you'll be helping a customer, some days you'll be assisting with hiring and training, and other days you might be troubleshooting equipment or tackling projects around the site. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operation of the car wash Assist with hiring, training, and supporting employees Oversee site cleanliness and functionality Perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment Coordinate repairs when needed Monitor chemicals, inventory, and supplies Handle customer questions and resolve issues Help keep the business running smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable leading a team Organized and able to prioritize Experienced with mechanical work, maintenance, or the skilled trades Able to diagnose and solve problems independently Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Able to lift up to 50 pounds Has a valid driver's license, pass background background and drug tests Direct car wash experience isn't required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the equipment and the industry. What we're really looking for is someone with strong mechanical or trade skills who enjoys figuring things out and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
