Arndt Automotive's entry level position is our general service technician position. Duties include but are not limited to: shop clean up, picking up parts, inventory control, shuttling customers/ vehicles, washing & detailing vehicles. This is a continuous learning position (we hope someday you'll be an ASE Certified Technician or on our advising team). We plan to train you alongside other technicians performing oil changes, mounting & balancing tires & hoisting vehicles. This position does require a current & valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior experience is helpful but not required. We are very open to hiring college students currently enrolled in automotive or diesel training programs and we are located 1 mile from Kishwaukee college. We can fit your work schedule to work with your class schedule. Most of our team have started in this position and have grown within our company.
