The Job We're looking for a Technician to operate our trucks and equipment while diagnosing and cleaning commercial sewer and drain systems. Here's what matters most: Safely operating company vehicles and specialized equipment on job sites. Diagnosing drain and sewer issues and performing cleanings for residential and commercial customers. Providing clear, professional recommendations to customers and communicating effectively with dispatch and management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Safely and effectively operate company vehicles and equipment. Diagnosing and cleaning residential and commercial drain systems (catch basins, storm sewers, grease traps, triple basins, etc.). Guiding customers towards informed purchasing decisions based on your professional recommendation. Maintaining effective communication with dispatch, management, and other departments. Ensuring cleanliness of the company truck, both inside and out. Keeping truck inventory up-to-date. Completing digital paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Upholding a clean and professional appearance. Qualifications Commercial Driver's License (min. Class B) Plumbing/sewer experience (a plus - not required). A positive team-oriented mindset. Self-starting initiative to get the job done efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills. Why Join Our Team?
