Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on UTVs and ATVs using advanced diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment. Conduct repairs on engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and mechanical components to restore vehicles to optimal condition. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently. Troubleshoot basic vehicle issues such as engine performance problems, suspension concerns, or electrical faults with precision. Repair or replace parts including brakes, suspension components, engines, and other mechanical systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed service records of all repairs performed and communicate clearly with customers about the work completed. Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, and routine inspections to ensure safety standards are met. Support the sales team by providing technical expertise on powersports products and recommending appropriate service solutions. Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or installing large parts or vehicles. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with power tools and heavy equipment to ensure a secure work environment. Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician background specializing in powersports vehicles or automotive repair. hands-on experience repairing UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, or similar off-road vehicles. Strong knowledge of engine systems, mechanical systems repair, electrical diagnostics, and vehicle troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with diagnostic tools used for automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering devices, and assembly techniques effectively. Experience performing brake repairs, suspension work, engine repairs, and general vehicle maintenance tasks. Ability to lift heavy parts safely and work in physically demanding environments regularly. customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Additional certifications related to automotive repair or powersports servicing are a plus but not mandatory.
