Duties Lead as an automotive technician, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems including engines, electrical systems, transmissions, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Utilize automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately identify issues and implement effective solutions Perform complex repairs such as powertrain servicing, wheel alignments, and electrical system troubleshooting. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure precise repairs and installations. Maintain detailed service records, complete repair reports, and ensure all work meets safety standards. Perform Vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and heavy lifting operations as needed. Skills Proven extensive mechanic background with a focus on automotive repair Strong knowledge of automotive engine technology, electrical systems, and vehicle systems diagnostics Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and ability to interpret schematics accurately Experience repairing diesel engines and working with heavy-duty vehicle components Familiarity with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment procedures, and automotive wiring diagrams Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using power tools, hand tools, and power equipment for repairs Excellent customer service skills coupled with clear communication abilities to explain technical issues effectively Ability to handle manual handling tasks safely while performing vehicle repairs or maintenance operations Join us in delivering top-tier automotive service by leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.
