Pay Plan Includes hourly commissions and weekly bonuses Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for general automotive service. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems. Assist in the restoration of vehicles, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Experience in vehicle maintenance practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. A valid driver's license is required.
