No Weekends Pay:

$75,000-$80,000 per year + Performance Bonuses About the Position AMJ Auto Repair is looking for an experienced Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our busy independent automotive repair shop in Grasonville. We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with customers, write accurate repair orders, sell recommended services, and keep the shop moving efficiently. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Write and manage repair orders Inspect vehicle concerns and communicate findings to customers Prepare accurate estimates and explain repairs clearly Recommend maintenance and necessary repairs Communicate effectively with technicians and customers Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow Follow up with customers regarding declined work Maintain strong customer relationships Help keep the shop organized, clean, and operating efficiently Qualifications 3+ years of automotive Service Writer / Service Advisor experience preferred Strong automotive knowledge Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to sell repairs and maintenance professionally Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced repair shop Experience with automotive shop management software is a plus What We Offer $75,000-$80,000+ annual earning potential Performance bonuses Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) / retirement plan Paid time off Stable, growing independent repair shop
