Job Description
Fleet & Maintenance Technician | Full-Time Position A growing property management company is seeking a dependable and skilled Fleet & Maintenance Technician to maintain our company truck fleet and assist with general property maintenance as needed. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company trucks and equipment Diagnose and repair basic mechanical issues Schedule and coordinate major repairs and service appointments Keep vehicles clean, safe, and properly maintained Track maintenance, repairs, mileage, and service records Assist the property maintenance team with repairs and upkeep as needed Respond to maintenance requests and help complete work orders Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous experience with vehicle, truck, or equipment maintenance General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building repairs Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with work trucks, trailers, landscaping equipment, or property maintenance Basic welding or fabrication experience Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience Full-time hours Opportunities for overtime If you are a reliable, hands-on individual who enjoys working with vehicles and solving maintenance problems, we would like to hear from you.
