$50,000 - $100,000+ Per Year Barron's Auto Repair is growing and looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple customer conversations at once, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow, we want to talk with you!

Responsibilities Customer Interaction:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and enthusiastically.

Workflow Management:

Schedule appointments and manage the daily shop workflow.

Clear Communication:

Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status updates clearly to customers.

Follow-Up:

Follow up with customers regarding repairs and future maintenance needs.

Documentation:

Assist with creating estimates and managing repair orders.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate clear communication between customers and our technicians.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate customer information and detailed vehicle records.

Experience Delivery:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Office Efficiency:

Help keep the front office organized, clean, and efficient.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:

$50,000 - $80,000+ per year.
