In this energetic role, you will be the vital link ensuring our recreational vehicles are in top condition while providing exceptional customer service at the front desk when needed. Your expertise will keep our facilities running smoothly, and your positive attitude will create a welcoming environment for all visitors and team members. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in mechanical, and facilities maintenance within a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on RVs, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and cosmetic work Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively Maintain detailed records of work performed Oversee front desk duties such as greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, taking payments and managing customer inquiries with professionalism Facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the environment remains organized and efficient Assisting with snow removal and lawn care Assist team members when necessary, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere Experience Preferred Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle, rv or facilities maintenance, snow removal Familiarity with troubleshooting tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Ability to operate computer systems, with understanding of money handling Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills meet exceptional customer care!
