$65,000•130,000 per year Join the Szott M-59 Jeep Team! Szott M-59 Jeep is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing service department. The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and technicians. This position requires excellent communication, organization, sales ability, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns Create and manage repair orders Perform test drives when appropriate to help verify symptoms Review technician findings and explain recommended repairs Provide accurate estimates for parts, labor, and completion times Obtain authorization and keep customers updated throughout the repair process Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and needed services Coordinate customer-pay, factory-warranty, and extended-warranty repairs Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index standards established by Stellantis Requirements Minimum of two years of automotive service advisor or service writer experience At least one year of experience at a Stellantis-branded dealership Proven success in automotive service sales and customer satisfaction Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment Tekion, DealerConnect, Mopar, or Jeep experience is preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to complete applicable background and drug screenings Benefits $65,000•130,000 annual earning potential 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and training Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Professional development and advancement opportunities Schedule and Location 8•to 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday Weekends as needed White Lake, Michigan 48383 Join a growing Jeep dealership where hard work is recognized and employees have the opportunity to build a rewarding, long-term career.
