Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems such as lighting, sensors, and electronic control units (ECUs). Conduct alignment procedures and wheel balancing to optimize vehicle handling and safety. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely to execute repairs efficiently. Collaborate with team members on complex repairs like auto body work or welding projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Maintain detailed service records, complete vehicle inspections, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers. Requirements Proven experience working in a dealership environment or similar automotive service setting. Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive engine systems, electrical wiring diagrams, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools and diagnostics processes for various vehicle makes and models. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery.
