About High Street Auto Repair High Street Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Jefferson City, MO, with strong B-Level skills or higher. This flat-rate position pays $30•40 per flagged hour, based on job-related experience, skills, ASE certifications, and qualifications, with bonus potential and weekly pay. The independent 3-bay, 2-lift shop handles approximately 60+ repair orders per week, with a vehicle mix that is approximately 90% domestic. Technicians work across diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections, and general mechanical repairs. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns across a broad range of repair work Perform automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting using scan and diagnostic equipment Complete preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections Test-drive vehicles as part of job-related diagnosis and repair verification Service a vehicle mix that is primarily domestic, along with imports and a small amount of fleet work Use Snap-on, Autel, and TOPDON diagnostic and scan equipment Help implement digital vehicle inspections as the shop expands its processes Assist with parts-related tasks as needed Qualifications Approximately 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong B-Level automotive repair skills or higher; A-Level technicians are encouraged Solid automotive diagnostic ability and electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to independently perform a broad range of automotive repair work Experience working primarily with domestic vehicles and some imports ASE certifications preferred, but not required Ability to consistently produce 40+ flagged hours per week Compensation & Benefits $30•40 per flagged hour, based on job-related experience, skills, ASE certifications, and overall qualifications Bonus potential!
